Spend your days wandering the forest trails, swimming in the spring-fed pond, or enjoying complimentary access to kayaks, paddle boards, a paddle boat, and a rowboat during the warmer months. In the evening, gather around the fire pit beneath an incredible canopy of stars, far from the city lights.

During the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing and cross-country skiing right on the property, making this a relaxing destination in every season.

The space

The industrial loft combines rustic charm with modern comfort, creating a cozy and memorable place to unwind after a day outdoors. Large windows overlook the peaceful property, while the thoughtfully designed interior provides everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Although wonderfully secluded, the loft is conveniently located near many of Grey County's most popular attractions.

Within a short drive you'll find:

• Beaver Valley, Old Baldy, Metcalfe Rock, and Kolapore Uplands
• Eugenia Falls, Hogg's Falls, and the Durham Conservation Area
• Homestead Golf Resort
• Lake Eugenia, Wilders Lake, Irish Lake, and Wilcox Lake for fishing and boating
• Blue Mountain Village (45 minutes)
• Sauble Beach and Wasaga Beach (approximately one hour)

The nearby villages of Flesherton, Holstein, and Durham offer grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, local bakeries, cheese shops, gas stations, and LCBO locations for everything you'll need during your stay.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the loft as well as the surrounding 39-acre property, including the walking trails, swimming pond, dock, seasonal watercraft, fire pit, and outdoor recreation areas.

Although the property feels wonderfully secluded, there may occasionally be campers elsewhere on the acreage. Thanks to the size of the property, the loft remains peaceful and private.

The loft is located within the same building as our business office, which is completely separate with its own entrance. The office operates primarily Monday through Friday during regular business hours, and staff may occasionally access the office or workshop outside those hours.

Your hosts

Your hosts, Carl and Marsha, live nearby and are available should you need anything during your stay. We're always happy to provide local recommendations or assist with special occasions whenever possible. If you're celebrating something special, let us know—we'd love to help make your stay even more memorable.

Other things to note

The property is located in the countryside, approximately 15 minutes from the nearest town. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and an LCBO are all within easy driving distance, though many local businesses close by 9:00 p.m., so we recommend planning ahead for evening arrivals.
